Tom Conti is the founder and CEO of Punch Performance Marketing, a new agency with offices in Philadelphia and Los Angeles.
Prior to founding Punch in 2014, Conti was an executive with Grey Global Group, most recently serving as president of G2 USA, the digital activation agency of the company.
While at G2, Conti innovated traditional enterprises struggling with bridging the digital divide, and helped brands maximize the performance of their marketing efforts by improving engagement, activation and sales in the rapidly changing digital landscape.
Conti’s success has been fueled by a broad-based marketing perspective gained from working across many disciplines with agencies like MRM/McCann WorldGroup, Earle Palmer Brown, Ketchum Communications and The Star Group. He brings a holistic, discipline-neutral approach to strategy development and has a history of building successful integrated campaigns for global brands like Campbell’s Soup, J.M. Smucker, GlaxoSmithKline, Hertz, the National Football League, ING and the DuPont Company, where he managed the account for a variety of divisions—nationally and globally—for more than 14 years across different agencies.
All of this became the groundwork to fulfilling a career-long dream of launching his own agency. Punch Performance Marketing is rooted in the evolving digital marketplace and built upon the non-negotiables of creativity, innovation and the delivery of measurable client revenue growth.
Conti was a member and served as chairman of the Philadelphia Council of the American Association of Advertising Agencies, where he worked with the board to strengthen the advertising community in the greater-Philadelphia area.
He also served as an adjunct professor at Temple University in the Lew Klein College of Media and Communication and is currently a member of the Board of Visitors.
Conti is married and lives in Audubon, PA with his wife Lisa and is the father of two daughters, Francesca and Rachael.
