Benjamin Jankowski is the senior vice president, Global Media at Mastercard. He is responsible for managing their investment in marketing communications. This includes working around the world to drive business and brand preference for Mastercard.
Previously, Jankowski worked for 28 years for leading ad agencies working for clients like P&G, GE, Pepsico, J&J, and Nestlé. In addition to managing his clients’ media investments, he has excelled in driving strategies, execution and innovation. Jankowski has delivered this work around the world (at last count, 64 countries).
Jankowski is a leader in the industry. He serves in multiple roles including; the chairman of the Media Forum for the World Federation of Advertisers and a member of the ANA Media Committee. He represents Mastercard through many industry initiatives and has spoken at industry conferences around the world.
Jankowski’s passion for advertising has inspired him to grow its future leaders; both in his work positions and recently, as an adjunct instructor at Temple’s Lew Klein College of Media and Communication. He is also proud to serve on the college’s Board of Visitors.
He is happily married to fellow Owl and Klein graduate Brenda and is the father of two amazing daughters, Kathryn and Alexandra.
